AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT NO. 110, WITHIN THE CITY
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.

1BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Imissouri, hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary
for sanitary purposes and for the health and comfort of its in-
habitants of the City to establish a Sewer District to be known
as Sewer District No. 110, with location and boundaries as follows:
i Beginning at the southwesterly corner of Lot 36
of Southwood Hills Addition to the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, as per plat of record in Plat Book 4, Page
70, Cole County Recorder's Office; thence northeasterly i
to the southwesterly corner of said Lot 36; thence
easterly along the northerly line of Lots 36, 37 , 38 I
and 39 to the northeasterly corner of Lot 39; thence
southerly along the easterly line of Lot 39 to the
! northwesterly corner of Lot 1, Block 1, Bax Subdivision,
as per plat of record in Plat Book 6, Page 13 ; thence east-
erly along the northerly line of Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4,
Block 1, Bax Subdivision to the northeasterly corner of
said Lot 4; thence north 34 004' east, 60 feet; thence
south 54 054 ' east, 137 feet, more or less; thence south
34 004' west, 130 feet; thence southeasterly to a point
on the extension easterly of the southerly line of Bax ;
® ( Subdivision that is 120 feet, more or less, easterly of i
the southwest corner of Lot 3, Block 2, Bax Subdivision;
jthence westerly along the southerly line of Block 2, Bax
Subdivision to the southeasterly corner of Lot 1, Block 2,
Bax Subdivision; thence south 4°22 ' east, 30 feet; thence
southwesterly in a direct line to the southwest corner
of Lot 44, Southwood Hills Addition; thence northerly
along the westerly line of said Lot 44 to the northwesterly
corner thereof; thence easterly along the northerly line
of said Lot 44 to the northeasterly corner of Lot 44,
Southwood Hills Addition; thence northeasterly to the
southwest corner of Lot 36, the point of beginning of
this description.

SECTION 2. All Ordinances, or parts of Ordinances, in
!conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
