rDISTRICT #110 WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI .

; BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
')!MISSOURI , AS FOLLOWS:

i� SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
!}Missouri, hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the i
1health and comfort of the inhabitants of the City and for sanitary
nand other purposes, that there must be constructed as soon as ,
'possible, in Sewer District #110, as established by Ordinance, a
sanitary sewer, and it is ordered that the same be constructed
lwithout unnecessary delay.

ll SECTION 2. Line "A" of said sewer shall begin at Station
X18+19.4 on the East Branch of Wears Creek trunk sewer; thence south
� 85 012 ' west, 700 feet; thence at an angle of 4 006 ' to the left,
!111.9 feet.

ii Line "B" of said sewer shall begin at the manhole at Station

1110+35 on the East Branch of Wears Creek trunk sewer, /southwesterly
lin a direct line to a point on the easterly line of Lot 3, Block 2
'of Bax Subdivision, that is 33 ' northerly of the southeasterly !
® 1icorner of said Lot 3; thence westerly in a direct line to a point
('on the easterly line of Lot 44 of Southwood Hills Addition, that
is 107 ' southerly of the northeasterly corner of said Lot 44.

lI SECTION 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects
as provided by Ordinance and shall be constructed of glazed sewer f
II;pipe having factory-fabricated jointed connections on vitrified
liclay pipe conforming to ASTM specifications and the manufacturer' s
�1 recommendations and shall be constructed according to the plans of !
lithe City' s Director of Public Works.

SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect
