ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING
ORDINANCE NUMBER 7605 OF THE CITY REGULATING PARKING OF MOTOR
VEHICLES IN THE 900 BLOCK OF JEFFERSON STREET AND PROVIDING, A
PENALTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Repeal Clause. Ordinance Number 7605 of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri prohibiting the parking of vehicles on Jefferson
Street between McCarty Street and Miller Street for a period of time in
excess of two hours be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall be in force and
