AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY.OF TEMPLE CITY AMEND-
ING :THE MUNICIPAL .CODE BY PROVIDING.FOR APPROV-
AL OF PLANNING.COMMISSIONAPPOINTMENTS BY THE
CITY COUNCIL
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TEMPLE CITY DOES ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: AMENDING MUNICIPAL CODE.
Section 606 of. zoning Ordinance .of the County of. Los
Angeles, effective as Zoning Ordinance, of the City of. Temple .City
pursuant to Section. 9100 of. the. Municipal Code and as it appears
in, Section. 9103 of the. Temple :City 'Municipal Code . is amended to
read as follows:
SECTION 606: Organization. The Planning Commission shall
elect its chairman from among its appointed members for a term of
one .(1).year and subject to other provisions of . law, may create and
fill such ..other offices as it may determine necessary, subject to
the approval of. the :City Council. The Planning Commission shall
hold .at.least one regular meeting in.each.month. It shall adopt
rules for transaction of business and shall keep a record .of.the
resolutions, transactions, findings and determinations, which re-
cord shall be a public record.
