ORDINANCE NO. 7 ' G
AN ORDINANCE; OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI REPEALING
ORDINANCE NUMBER 7741 OF THE CITY PROHIBITING THE PARKING
OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON THE SOUTH HALF OF ATCHISON STREET
EAST OF CLARK AVENUE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance Number 7741 of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
prohibiting the parking of motor vehicles on the south half of Atchison
Street at any point east, and within two hundred and thirty three (233)
feet of the east curb of Clark Avenue between the hours of 8:00 a. m. and
5:00 p. m. be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
after its passage and approval.
