AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REGULATING THE
OPERATION OF ALL TRUCKS, TRACTORS AND TRAILERS ON THE ROADWAYS
OF THE CITY, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. One way Street. Hereafter it shall be unlawful
for the operator of any truck, tractor or tractor pulling a
semi-trailer or full trailer, to operate the same in a south-
bound direction on Fulkerson Street between its Intersection
with Main Street and its intersection with High Street.
Section 2. Penalty. Any person violating any of the terms
of this ordinance shall be deemd guilty of a misdemeanor, and
I�upon conviction therefor shall be fined not more than $100.00
or be imprisoned not longer than ninety (90) days, or be punished
by both such fine and imprisonment.
1 Section 3. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
