ORDINANCE NO. 2 -7
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING
ORDINANCE NUMBER 7694 OF THE CITY ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT
NO. 110 IN SAID CITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance Number 7694 of the City, establishing
Sanitary Sewer District No. 110 in the city, beg and the same is hereby,
repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
