ORDINANCE NO. 7110
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING
ORDINANCE NUMBER 7695 OF THE CITY PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUC-
TION OF SEWERS WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance Number 7695 of the City, providing for the
construction of sanitary sewers within the city, be, and the same is hereby,
repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.
