AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURIs AUTHORIZING
THE MAYOR AND CLERK OF THE CITY TO EXECUTE A CONTRACT WITH
HUNTER BROS. CONSTRUCTION COMPANY PROVIDING FOR THE IMPROVEMENT
OF MYRTLE STREET BETWEEN SWIFT'S HIGHWAY AND WEARS CREEK FOR
THE SUM OF $61,183.70.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk of the City are hereby
authorized and directed, for and in the name of the city, to
execute a written contract with Hunter Bros. Construction
Company of Jefferson City, Missouri, providing for the improve-
ment of Myrtle Street between Swift' s Highway and Wears Creek
for the sum of .$61,183.70.
Section 2. A copy of said contrast is attached hereto as
Appendix "A".
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
