AUTHORIZING RECEIPT OF BIDS
FOR IMPROVEMENTS TO BISHOP ANDREWS PART{ PHASE I - IV
WHEREAS, the Mayor and Council have determined that the Borough of Carteret is in
need of improvements to Bishop Andrews Park (aWa Chrome Park) for the Borough's
residents; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Mayor and Council of the Borough
of Carteret, County of Middlesex, State of New Jersey as follows:
1. That the Borough's Purchasing Agent and/or Appropriate Borough
Officials are hereby authorized to prepare bid specifications for
improvements to Bishop Andrews Park (a/k/a Chronic Park)
Phases I — IV and are further authorized to advertise for the receipt
of formal bid proposals therefore.
2. That a copy of this resolution be forwarded to the Borough's
Purchasing Agent, the Director of Engineering and the Borough's
Consulting Engineers, CME Associates.
Adopted this 26`h day of August, 2021
and certified as a true copy the
original on August 27, 2021.
