AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING
ORDINANCE NUMBER 7709 OF THE CITY ESTABLISHING A LOADING ZONE
FOR THE FROZEN FOOD LOCKER ON EAST McCARTY STREET IN THE CITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Repeal Clause. Ordinance Number 7709 of the City
of Jefferson, Missouri, which established a loading zone on the
north half of McCarty Street between two points located 133 feet
and 158 feet east of the east curb of Lafayette Street for the
customers of the Frozen Food Locker be, and the same is hereby,
repealed.
Section 2. Effective Date. This ordinance shall take effect
and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
