THE CITY TO EXECUTE ALL INSTRUnENTS REQUIRED TO CONFIRM IN .THE:ABUTTING. .
PROPERTY OWNERS THEIR REVERSIONARY RIGHTS IN T1 .VACATED RIGHT OF'WAY.,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CI7Y COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:

hereby .declares .that .it is necessary and.in.the.public interest that

way:
