AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND THE CLERK OF THE CITY TO EXECUTE A WRITTEN CONTRACT WITH

BUS GARAGE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Clerk of the City are hereby authorized
and directed for and in the
++ name of the City to execute a written contract
with C T;VKES 4Crgie- C.O. JWC, concerning electrical work in the
city bus garage.

C O N T R A C T
THIS CONTRACT, made and entered into this —Z __ day of
1967, by and between the City of Jefferson, Missouri, a third class city
existing under the laws of the State of Missouri, located in Cole Coun�t,Y,
Missouri, hereinafter termed the "Owner", and 0 n Ke.s �.t.ecr�i c LO•_

hereinafter termed the "Contractor".
WITNESSETH
1. Contractor agrees to do all electrical work in the city bus
garage of the Owner as shown on the attached plans and specifications
for the sum of $
2. Owner shall pay Contractor the sum of $ �//�•�,O C? within
thirty (30) days after completion of the work. If performance of the
work takes longer than.thirty (30) days Owner shall pay Contractor's
estimate submitted by the 30th of each month by the 10th day of the
following month.
3. Contractor shall complete the work under this contract within
calendar days from the date of the contract.
4. Owner shall pay to Contractor an additional sum of
as a contribution to a premium to be paid by the Contractor for a perform-
ance bond to guarantee the performance of this contract. Contractor
Agrees to provide Owner with the aforementioned performance bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the ties to this agreement have hereunto set
