,IAN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING SEWER DISTRICT NO. 111, WITHIN THE CITY

OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.

!BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary
Ifor sanitary purposes and for the health and comfort of its in-
Ihabitants of the City to establish a Sewer District to be known
as Sewer District No. 111, with location and boundaries as follows:
Beginning at the northeast corner of Lot 1, Block 1,
Morris and Edmonds Subdivision, in the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, as per plat of record in Plat Book 2, Page 24,
Cole County Recorder' s Office; thence southerly to the
southeast corner of Lot 1, Block 6, of said subdivision;
thence westerly in a direct line to the southeast corner
11 of Lot 1, Block 4; thence southerly to the southeast
corner of Lot 28, Block 4; thence westerly along the
southerly line of Lot 28, ten (10) feet; thence southerly
parallel to the easterly line of Buena Vista Street, 160
feet to the northerly line of Lot 28, Block 9; thence
�i easterly along the northerly line of said Lot 28, Block
9, ten (10) feet to the northeasterly corner thereof;
�i thence southerly to the southeast corner of said Lot 28,
Block 9; thence westerly along the southerly line of
said Lot 28, ten (10) feet; thence southerly parallel
to the easterly line of Buena Vista Street, 160 feet to
the northerly line of Lot 28, Block 10; thence easterly
ten (10) feet to the northeasterly corner of Lot 28,
Block 10;Xthence southerly along the easterly line of
said Lot 28, Block 10, to the southeasterly corner
thereof; thence westerly along the southerly line of
said Lot 28, ten (10) feet; thence southerly parallel
to the easterly line of Buena Vista Street, 310 feet
to the northerly line of Lot 1, Block 16; thence easterly
along the southerly line of Morris Avenue, 910 feet to
the northeasterly corner of Lot 1, Block 18; thence
southerly 122 feet 6 inches to the southeasterly corner

150 feet to the southeast corner of Lot 24, Block 4; thence
westerly 30 feet to the southwesterly corner of said Lot
24; thence northerly 130 feet to the southeast corner of
Lot 6, Block 4; thence westerly 270 feet to the southwest
corner of Lot 14, Block 4; thence northerly 270 feet to
the northwesterly corner of Lot 14, Block 3; thence
easterly along the northerly line of Morris and Edmonds
Subdivision, 775 feet; thence northerly at right angles
to the last mentioned course, 408 feet; thence easterly
at right angles to the last mentioned course, 143 .7 feet;
1` thence southerly at right angles to the last mentioned
course, 408 feet to the northerly line of Morris and
Edmonds Subdivision; thence easterly along the northerly
line of Morris and Edmonds Subdivision, 421 .3 feet, to
the northeasterly corner of Lot 1, Block 1, the point of
beginning of this description.
SECTION 2. All Ordinances, or parts of Ordinances, in
conflict with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect
