IAN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER
iDISTRICT NO. 111 WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
�' necessary;Missouri, hereby declares that it deems it nece y for the
!;health and comfort of the inhabitants of the City and for sanitary
land other purposes, that there must be constructed as soon as
Fpossible, in Sewer District #111, as established by Ordinance, a !
1sanitary sewer, and it is ordered that the same be constructed
without unnecessary delay.

I� SECTION 2. That said sewer shall begin at Station 16+97.6
;fin Sewer District #105 and extend southerly in Edmonds Street 150

!feet. This segment of said sewer shall be designated: Line "A" .
Also beginning at Station 16+97 .6 in Sewer District #105 and
dextending northerly in Edmonds Street, 1,050 feet. This segment
1jof said sewer shall be designated: Line "B" .

i� Also beginning at Station 2+30 on the "B" Line and at an
angle of 89 043 ' to the right, 400 feet. This segment of said
sewer shall be designated: Line "C" .
fi Also beginning at Station 10+21.04 "Line 1, Sanitary Sewer
IIfor Low Rent Housing, Project NIo-9-111 ; thence at an angle of
l� 30 012 ' to the left, 157.95 feet; thence easterly along
sir- Morris Avenue, 542 feet. This segment of said sewer shall
be designated: Line "G" .
II Also beginning at Station 1+57. 95 on the "G" Line; thence
westerly along the centerline of Morris Avenue, 450 feet. This

Also beginning at Station 3+08 on the "H" Line; thence
® ! northerly in Buena Vista Street, 565 feet. This segment of said

'; sewer shall be designated: Line "K" .
l Also beginning at Station 2+80 on the "K" Line; thence
jwesterly in Kathryn Street, 120 feet. This segment of said sewer
!! shall be designated Line "L' " .

Also beginning at Station 6+91 on the "B" Line; thence
southerly along Buena Vista Street, 358 feet. This segment of
said sewer shall be designated: Line "M" .
SECTION 3. Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects
as provided by Ordinance and shall be constructed of glazed sewer
pipe having factory-fabricated jointed connections on vitrified
clay pipe conforming to ASTM specifications and the manufacturer' s
recommendations and shall be constructed according to the plans of
the City's Director of Public Works.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall be in ofrce and take effect
from and after its passage and approval.
