extent of pavers shown at the rear (in the setback) needed to be clearly
identified. With that information and Demetre's properly addressing
drainage in the application, I could approve for my part, drainage.

The City Engineer Ivas reviewed your permit application to construct as pool a,l 1505 2 nd Ave, and has made the
following Comments:
1) The location of the swimrifing Pool needs chirification:
a. North arrow to be provided on all plan sheets or at least label direction of 15di St. or 2nd.Ave.

The City Engineer has reviewed your permit application to construct a pool at 1505 2'd Ave, and has made the
following comments:
1) The location of the swimming pool needs clarification:
a. North arrow to be provided on all plan sheets or at least label direction of 15th St. or 2nd Ave,
b�. The Survey shows a dimension from the rear of the house to the rear lot line of approximately
1.8'. (The copy delivered to the City is very blurry and needs to be replaced with a better
copy.) The plan sheet by others shows the west side of the pool to be Toff of a 5' rear setback
line and 4' off of the rear of the building. That only leaves Tfor the pool. Even if it was turned
parallel to the rear of the building, with the 910" width it wouldn't -fit.
2) With the drainage of much of the rear yard, where the pool is to be located, shown draining toward the
property of others and not the R.O.W., stormwater management must be provided to prevent increasing
flow towards the property of others. Topographic information from a registered surveyor may be
helpful.
3) Please clarify that no additional walks or paved areas around the pool are proposed.
4) Does the "Dirt froin the excavation will be removed by hand" only apply to the construction exit? Is that
necessary?
5) As there is no staging area for excavated materials or any proposed areas to spread the excavated
material onsite, is all excavated material to be placed into dump trucks, trailers, etc... and then hauled
away from the site?
6) Clarification is needed on the erosion control sheet that disturbed areas will be restabilized to existing
conditions unless otherwise shown on the plans
