ORDINANCE NO.
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING AND
DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND THE CLERK TO- EXECUTE A QUIT-CLAIM DEED
CONVEYING TO ALMER E. BECK ANY AND ALL INTEREST THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON ICY HAVE IN INLOT NO. 18 IN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MIS-
SOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk of the City are hereby
authorized to execute a Quit-Claim Deed conveying to Almer E. Beck
any and all interest the City of Jefferson may have in Inlot No. 18
in the City of Jefferson.
Section 2. Said Quit-Claim Deed shall read in words and
figures as follows :

THIS INDENTURE, Made on the� day of
1967, by and between the City of Jefferson City, a municipal corporation
of the State of Missouri, party of the First Part, and Almer E. Beck,

Jefferson City, Missouri, party of the Second Part.
WYTNESSETH, That the said party of the First Part in
consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other valuable
consideration to it paid by the said party of the Second Part, the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and by virtue and in pursuance
of an Ordinance of the City Council of said party of the First Part,

the said party of the Second Part and his heirs and assigns , the
following described Lot, lying, being and situate in the County of

Cole and City of Jefferson, to-wit :
Inlot No. 18 in the City of Jefferson.

TO' HAVE AND TO HOLD the same with all"the rights., immu-
nities , privileges and appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the
said party of the Second Part, and his heirs and assigns, Forever;
Wo that neither the said party of the First Part, nor any other person
or persons for it and in its name or behalf, shall or will hereafter

claim or demand any right- or title to the aforesaid premises , or any
part thereof, but they and every one of them shall, by these presents,
be excluded and forever barred.

being by me duly sworn, did say that he is the Mayor of the City of
Jefferson City and that the foregoing instrument was signed on behalf
of said City by authority of its City Council. And the said John G.
Christy acknowledges said instrument to be the free act and deed of
said City. .

affixed my official seal at my office in Jefferson City, the day and
