ORDINANCE NO. 9 39
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI PROHIBITING THE PARKING
OF MOTOR VEHICLES ON THE ROADWAY OF THE CITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Parking prohibited. It shall be unlawful for the
operator of a motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked on the
east side of Boonville Road between its intersection with West Main
Street and its intersection with Hayselton DriveAr ANY
Section 2. Penalty. Any one violating the terms of this ordi-
nance shall be. deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction
thereof shall be fined not more than $100.00.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage and approval.
