AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ADOPTING A BUDGET FOR THE
CITY FOR THE FISCAL YEAR OF 1967-1968 AND APPROPRIATING MONEY IN THE CITY
TREASURY TO PAY THE COST OF OPERATING THE CITY GOVERNMENT DURING SAID FISCAL
YEAR IN ACCORDANCE WITH SAID BUDGET, AND REPEALING SECTION 378 OF THE REVISED
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, RELATING TO ORDINANCES FOR THE
APPROPRIATION OF MONEY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Budget AdoAted. A budget for the City of Jefferson, Missouri
is hereby adopted for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 1967 and terminating
June 30, 1968. A copy of said budget is appended hereto and made a part
hereof as .fully as if set forth verbatim expressly herein.
Section 2.. There is hereby appropriated out of the various funds in the
city treasury such moneys as are provided for in the budget of the city for
the fiscal year of 1967-1968 to defray the cost and expense of operating the
city government during said fiscal year in accordance with said budget.
Section 3. Section 378 of the Revised Ordinances of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri be, and the same is hereby, repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force as of
July 1, 1967, from and after its passage and approval.
