ORDINANCE NO. 2
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AUTHORIZING THE
MAYOR AND CLERK OF THE CITY TO EXECUTE A WRITTEN CONTRACT WITH
PENTZIEN, INC. OF OMAHA, NEBRASKA, RELATING TO THE CONSTRUCTION
OF POLLUTION ABATEMENT PROJECT MISSOURI RIVER FORCE MAINS IN
JEFFERSON CITY, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL CF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor and Clerk of the City are hereby authorized to
execute a written contract, for and in behalf of the City of Jefferson, Missouri,
with Pentzien, Inc. , a corporation, of Omaha, Nebraska, relating to the con-
struction of Pollution Abatement Project Missouri River Force Mains in Jefferson
City, Mis s ouri.
Section.2. Said contract shall read in words and figures as follows:
