OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. R. Sheldon Gentry, owner of the real estate here- inafter described and situated in the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council for approval a plat of said real estate, being located in Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as: A part of the west half of the southwest quarter, Section 12, Township 44, Range 12 West, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of Section 12, Township 44, Range 12; thence north 85'44' east, along the section line, 1060.45 feet to the east line of Southwest Boulevard; thence north 4057 ' west, along the east line of Southwest Boulevard, 75.80 feet; thence along said east line, on a curve to the left having a radius of 994.75 feet, a distance of 272.54 feet; thence south 20040 ' west, along said east line, 112.93 feet; thence along said east line on a curve to the right having a radius of 676.10 feet, a distance of 285.46 feet; thence north 3°33' east, along said east line, 78.08 feet; thence along- said east line on a curve to the left having a radius of 1472.69 feet, a distance of 392.29 feet; thence north 11 043 ' west, along said east line, 2.27 feet; thence south 78 017 ' west, 80.0 feet to the southeast corner of Part 2 of Westwood Sub- division (south line of Tower Drive) ; thence south 62° 57 ' west, along the south line of Part 2 of Westwood Subdivision, 581.79 feet.; thence south 52 025 ' west, along the south line of Part 2 of said Subdivision, 257 .15 II feet; thence south 85°16 ' west, along the south line of �I Part 2 of said Subdivision, 150.80 feet to the southwest 1 corner of Part 2 of Westwood Subdivision, said point being on the west line of Section 12; thence south 4°24' east, along the section line, 829.50 feet to the point of beginning. Bearings are magnetic. SECTION 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and properly signed and accepted by the owner of said Subdivision, ' known and referred to as Westwood Subdivision, Part 3, that all taxes have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of Chapter 445 Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949, and amendments thereto, entitled, "Flats" , have been fully complied with by the 11aforesaid owner of the said Subdivision, and that in all respects lIthe requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the City EOf Jefferson, Missouri, and of the ordinances of the City of �EJefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been I, com 11 ed wit h, N OW THEREF ORE: I {I i s. r -2- The plat of land of R. Sheldon Gentry, known and referred to as Westwood Subdivision, Part 3, lying, being and situate within the corporate limits of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the Mayor of said City and the City Clerk .of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, after the passage and approval of this ordinance are given the authority and are hereby directed to endorse acceptance of said plat thereon and to certify to the approval of same under the seal of the City of Jefferson, Missouri.
