AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, ACCEPTING AND
APPROVING THE PLAT OF WEAVER'S SUBDIVISION, A SUBDIVISION OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. Charles J. Weaver, Sr. , and Helen F. Weaver,
owners of the real estate hereinafter described and situated in
the City of Jefferson, Missouri, having submitted to the Council
for approval a plat of said real estate, being located in
Jefferson City, Cole County, Missouri, and more particularly
described as:
A part of Outlot No. 73, in the City of Jefferson,
County of Cale, Missouri, more particularly described
as follows:
Beginning at a point on the southerly line of
Outlot No. 73, said point being 148 feet easterly of
the southwesterly corner thereof; thence N350001E,
140.98 feet; thence N55028'W, 22.82 feet; thence
N350001E, 50 .09 feet; thence N550281W, 124. 93 feet to
the westerly line of Outlot No. 73; thence N35'001E,
along the Outlot line, 360.0 feet; thence 555*281E, 207 .75
j feet; thence N350001E, 7 .08 feet; thence 555*28'E, . 225 .50
f feet; thence 5350001W, 111.70 feet; thence N55"281W, 7 .50 '
feet; thence S35000'W, 446.45 feet to the southerly line
of Outlot No. 73; thence N55'281W, along said southerly
line, 278.0 feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION- 2. It appearing that said plat has been duly and
properly signed and accepted by the owners of said Subdivision,
known and referred to as Weaver's Subdivision, that all taxes
have been paid, and that in all respects the requirements of
Chapter 445 Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949, and amendments
thereto, entitled, "Plats" , have been fully complied with by the
aforesaid owners of the said Subdivision, and that in all respects
the requirements of the Planning and Zoning Commission of the
City of Jefferson, Missouri, and of the ordinances of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, relating to plats and subdivisions have been
complied with, NOW THEREFORE:
The plat of land of Charles J. Weaver, Sr. , and Helen F.
Weaver, known and referred to as Weaver' s Subdivision, lying,
being and situate within the corporate limits of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, as shown by the said plat hereto attached
and made a part of this ordinance, is hereby approved and accepted
by the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, and the
Mayor of said City and the City Clerk of the City of Jefferson,
1Missouri, after the passage and approval of this ordinance are
1 given the authority and are hereby directed to endorse acceptance
of said plat thereon and to certify to the approval of same under
