AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, REPEALING
ORDINANCE NUMBER 7328 OF THE CITY RELATING TO FIRE PROTECTION
TO BE AFFORDED BY THE CITY FIRE DEPARTMENT BEYOND THE LIMITS
OF THE CITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Ordinance Number 7328 of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, relating to fire protection to be afforded by the
city fire department beyond the limits of the city, be, and the
same is hereby, repealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage and approval.
