Section 1. Ordinance Number 3445 of the City of Jefferson which
levied a license tax against motor vehicles used or operated upon
the streets., avenues, or alleys of Jefferson City for the purpose
of sellin.-, exchanging, trading or trPfficing in personal property,
goods, wares, or marchandise , and providing s penslt- for the
(violation thereof, be and the same is bcreb- revealed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
