Section 1. Ordinances Illumbcrs 42:15, 5335 and 5628 of the City of
Jefferson, Missouri, regulating the ohotocra?hy business and
exacting a license fce for the operation o:f a r)hotof.rsaphy business
and for photographic solicitors and requiriY?(� that non-resident �
photographers file a bond befoY•e they7 do business w;_thi.n the city,
and declarinr* that any s'vall not be transferrable, I
and nroviding penalties for t1he vlolst:ions of scid ordintlnces, be
and the same are hereby repealed.
Section 2. Definitions. For the ourno^e of this ordinance the �
following terms shheve the following meaning;

(a) Resident Photographer. Any individual, firm, association or
corporation, enf-aging in the business of photograolay, whose
rir.cInal place of business is the cit'T limits of Jefferson
City.
(b) Non-resident Photok_ro-)he.r. An,..T individual, firm, association,
or corporation, engagin, in the business of photon°ranh?T, whose
principal ;dace of 'easiness is not ., i.thin the city limits of
Jefferson Citv.
(c ) Business of Photography. The busin^�:s of taking, developing, �
printing or sale o photographs , r�ort;i°aits , photoraphic work on
any type of picture film for commercial purposes.
Section 3. Photo •ranhers License ; necessity; amount. Each iI
resident or non-resident photo-,ra?her operating within the city II
limits of Jefferson City shall secure a license from the city
collector to carry on sucl; business of ph.oto:;raphy. The cost
of said license sh.,911 be Forty ($40.00) dollars and s1,all expire
one year from the date of issuance.
