�ISection 1. Ordinances n,-imbers : 311 and 4170 of the City of
�I Jefferson relating to !:'-ie licensing of miniature golf courses a.nd
golf driving tees, and providing a penalty for the violation
thereof, be and the same are l-),:�reb-r repealed.
( section 2. No p(.-rson, firm or cornornt on within this city shall.
ioperate a miniature golf course until he secures n license to do
1303 and the amount �)f so id. license shall be fifty ($50. 00) dollars
per ,year. .
�j Section 3. No person, firm or corporation within this city . shall

and the amount of said license shall be twenty five ($25. 00)

ISection 4. Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the
terms of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor,
I) and upon conviction thereof, shall be fined in an amount not more
I1than one hundred(t;100.00) dollars.
Section 5. This ordi.nance shall be in force and effect from and
after its pa:-,sarrrn and aoproval.
