Section 7. The following definitions s ha11. apnl.y to the interpre-
tation and enforcement of this ordinance
A. Restvurents. The term restaurants shall mean rests>>rant,
coffee shop, cafeteria, short order cafe, luncheonette , tavern,
sandwich stand, sods: fountain, bakeries , and rill other eating; or
drinkin- ostablishrnents, as well as ---itchens or other places in

B. Itinr.-rant Restalarants. The term itinerant restaurant shall

gathering.
C. EmployLce: The term "employee" s'r~a.'ll mean any person who �
handles food or drink durinf; nreoar +.tion or servin`;, or who
comes in contest with ony cooking or gating utensils or who is �(

D. Utensils. The term "utenGi.ls" shall include any kitchenware ,
glassware, cutlery, utensils, containers or other equipment with

A person conducting an itinerant restuarant shn.11 Uo required to 1
secure a permit . Such a poemit may be temporarily suspended by
the health Offi�.ar :i or a violation by the holder of an., of the
terms of this Ordinance , or said ner'nit mat; be revoked after an
opportunity for a bearing be-fore the 'hoard of Health, and upon
serious or repeated vicletions.
Section 0. Every restaurant shall display at all times , in a
place designat(;d by the H-•ralth officer, a hermit approved by the
