Section 3. The electrical inspector shall be appointed by
the ki,ln-,vor with the consent of a majority cf the members of the
C12.ty Council. He -,hall be appointed for a term of two (2 ) years

be appointed on or before ti-,e second regular meeting of the
City Council after the general city electitons in the year 1955

Section 15. When the electrical inspector shall condemn al

spector, file a 13 -tition in writing fcr a. review of said action
with the 3oard of Electrical Examiners of Jefferson City, upon re,
ceipt of which and after. giving notice to all of the interested (� /
parties, the Board shall proceed tc determine at a hearing, at which
all interested parties tray be present in p°rson and with an attor ey,
if the said electrical in:,tallation does comply with the provisi s
of this ordir.Qnee. The Board shall render :: t^ decision in writi.n
within three (3) days. Said. decision she,11 be final and unappeal ble.
