of all of the activities of all of the members of said insp,,^tion i
department, to t13e office of the 111a;ror for his consideration and
that of the City Council.. After subm:i3sion �;f said reports and the
cxnr—ination 'by the Mayor and the Council of said activities re-
ported therein, the reports shall be retained in the files of the
City Clerk for one ,year.
Section 11. Failure t:� make said. daily reports by any memb r
of the insnectlon department, without sufficient cause, shall be
grounds for removal from said office.
