AIV ORDINAvCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER
DISTRICT NO. 91. "B" WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSONJ, MISSOURI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS;
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the
benefit, health and comfort of the inhabitants of the City afid
for sanitary* purposes that there must be• constructed as soon as �
possible in Sewer District No. 91 "B", as established by Ordi-
nance a danitary sewer and it ^s ordered that the same be con- j!
structed without unnecessary delay and connected into the present

sewer 800.0 Best east of and 10.0 Peet northerly the southerly
line of Outlot 97.
SECTION 2. That the said sewer shall begin at the manhole on the I�
present sewer at a point 800.0 feet easterly of the westerly line �I
i, and 10.0 feet northerly of the southerly line of Outlot 97; thence
North 43 degrees and 30 minutes West, 294.0 feet; thence turning an a
II angle of 4 degrees and 25 minutes to the right, 509.0 feet; thence
