AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING 3L"'WER DISTRICT NO. 89 "A" WITHIN THE CITY
II OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,AND DEFINING THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.

BE -IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI,
l AS FOLLOWS;

! SECTION 1. That the City Council of the city of Jefferson,, Missouri,
Ihereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary for sanitary
purposes and for the health and comfort of its inhabitants of the
City td deftblish a Sewer District to be known as Sewer District
No. 89 ",A", and said district sewer to be established with location
boundaries as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of lot 47 Southwood Hills
Addition on the south line of Section 13 Township 44 Range 12;
thence east along the south line of said section to a point 160
Peet east of the east line of the Tanner Bridge Road; thence northw
orly, parallel to the Tanner Bridge noad to the southeast corner of!!
ldt 46 of 6outhwood Hills Addition; thence northerly along and with
the easterly line of said lot and the extension thereof to the
northerly line of aurora Avenue and the south line of lot 35 of
Southwood Mills Addition- thence northerl# along the easterly line!'

ci.rner of said lot 31; thence westerly along the northerly line
