1i BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, AS FOLLOWS;i

Section 1. That a sidewalk of cement concrete material Four
feet in width, 15. feet back from face of curb, on the
West ' o Broadwa Stre®t, between Fillmore and is

Section 2. Within two days after the passage of this Ordi-
j� nance, the City Clerk shall place in the hands of the City Marshal
a certified copy of this ordinance, and said City Marshal shall
serve or causer to be serged a copy of this ordinance on the owner ;

or owners above mentioned, by delivering a copy hereof to said owner
or owners or by leaving it with some member of his family over toe
