Section 1, The Mayor and the City Clerk of the City of
Jefferson,, M,,asouri, are hereby authorized and directed,, for and
11 on behalf of the City,, to execute a Warranty Deed to Robert H*
Livingston and Dorothy L. Livingston, in consideration of the
fl payment of the suai of Three Thousand and One (03001*00) Dollars
by them., to the following described property in Jefferson City,
Colo County, Missouri , reserving to the City andeasement, both
the land to be sold amd the easement to be reserved being de-
scribed as follows:
A part of the NE4 of the NEJ if Section 12
Township 44, Range 12, more particularly described
so: Beginning at the northeast corner of McCarty
Street and Fulkerso - Street,, thence south 35 de-
grees West 156.3 feet; thence South 13 degrees and
10 minutes East 50.0 feet to the beginning point
of this description; thence South 13 degrees and
10 minutes East, 82.0 feet; thence turning an
,� anglo of 43 degrees and 18 minutes to the right,
69.3 feet; thence turning an angle of 95 degrees
and 39 minutes to the right,, 125.6 feet; thence
turning an angle of 81 degrees and 44 minutes to
the right, 86.3 feet; th-!nce turning an angle pf
70 degrees and 1 minute to the right, 78. 9 feet
to the beginning point of this descrip#ion
As the party of the First Part has constructed and
owns a sanitary sewer located within the above
described tract of land, which said sewer- may be
spocificially located as Sbllowsz��Beginding at a
point on the westerly line of the above described
tract, 26.5 feet northerly of the southwesterly
corner thereof; thence South 2 degrees and 28
minutes East for a distance of 71.5 feet, now
therefore,

pressly reserves unto i6self, its successors and
assigns a Right of Way easement for Sanitary Sewer
purposes, of a width of six feet, upon which no
i . building or structure, or part thereof, may be
built without a written consent of the Party of
the First Part ( the City), the center line of
said easement coinciding with the specific lo-
cation Of the sanitary sewer as above described*
Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflitt
with this ordinance are hapealed insofar as the conflict.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.
