(X) The Trafflo Sergeant shall receive the sum of Two Hundred
and Seventy Five ($275,00) Dollars per month,
(7) The Regular Patrolmpn and Traffic Officers shall receive the 11
sum of Two Hundred and ifty ($250.00) Dollars per month.

Hald ($5.50) Dollars per day.
(aa) Street Department "abor shall be paid at the rate of One
and 26J/100 ($1.26*) Dollars per hour, with the hours of labor
to be regulated by the Street Commissioner.
The above amol.,nts shall be the total compensation of the
officials and employees named for the performance of thier
official duties, and is in lieu of all salary and allowances now
iireceived by them for the same*
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be In
force from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTION 2, Subsection 13, of Ordinance
5041, which prohibited the parking of a motor vehicle under
the High Street Viaduct, in the area lying between the two
access roads and Walnut Street, and provided a penalty for the
violation thereof.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
11 MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
II Section 1. That Section 29 subsection 13 of Ordinance
IJ 5941 of the City of Jefferson, prohibiting the parking of a
motor vehicle under the High Street Viaduct, In the area lying
between the two access roads and Walnut Street, and providing
a penalty for the violation thereof, be and the same is hereby
repelaed.
Section 2, This ordinance shall be in force and effect
ii from and after its pqssage and approval.

PENALTY FO THE VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
