hereby declares and ordains that it deems it necessary for sanitarily
purposes and for the health of its inhabitants of the city to es.
tablish a Sewer District to be known as Server District No. 60 "A" #
and said district to be established with location and boundaries
as follows: Beginning on the easterly side of the Boonville Road and the
north line of a thirty foot street on the north side of Sunset Place
Addition; thence easterly along and with the northerly lins of said
thirty foot atreet, 130.0 feet; thence northerly parallel w1th the
easterly line of the Boonville Road, 360.0 feet; thence westerly i
at right angle to the last mentioned line 300.0 feet; thence southeri.y
parallel to the Boonville Road, 450.0 feet to the Township line;
thence east along the Township line 140.0 feet to the westerly line
of the Boonville Toad; thence east on a direct line to the point cif
beginning.
�I SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict withl, this
Ordinance are hereby repealed.

SECTION 5, This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER
DISTRICT NO. 50 "A" WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOIIRI.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSIJURI,
AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, M ssoul�i,

fort of the inhabitants of the City and for sanitary purposes, that
+ there must be constructed as soon as possible in Sewer District No.
50 "A"q as established by Ordinance a sanitary sewer and it is or-+
dared that the same be made and constructed without unnecessary do-
j lay and that said district sewer be connected with and into the
present sewer in Boonville Road near the north end of Sunset Place"

! SECTION 2. That the said sewer shall begin at the present sewer on
I� the Boonville Road near the north end of Sunset Place Addition; and
run thence northerly along the Boonville Road, 400.0 feet.
SECTION 3. Said Sewer shall be constructed in all respects as pro-
vided by Grdinance and shall be constructed of standard sewer pipe,
shall be constructed according to the plans and specifications of iihc
City Engineer.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and
