Section 1, Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator
of a motor vehicle to permit the some to be parked on the west
side of Clark Avenue between the intersections of Clark Avenue
land Miller Street and Clark Avenue and Elm Street.

PLETE STOP ON MCCARTY STREET BEFORE ENTERING THE. INTERSECTION
OF HUGHES STREET, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.

Section 1, Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator
