AUTHORIZING BIDS-HERMAN STREET RELIEF SEWER
WHEREAS, there is a need for improvements to the Herman Street relief sewer in the
Borough of Carteret; and
WHEREAS, it is in the best interest of the Borough of Carteret to authorized bids for said
tmprovements;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Purchasing Agent of the Borough of
Carteret is hereby authorized to advertise for bids for improvements to the Herman Street
relief sewer.
Adopted this 16th day of July, 1998
and Certified as a true copy of the
original on July 17, 1998.
