BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the opera- tor of a motor vehicle to drive the same in a northerly direct. ion. on and upon jtackson Street between its intersections with McC"rty Street and its intersections with Dunklin Street be- twedn the hours of 8:00 a..m. and 9:00 a.rp, in the morning and between the hours of 3:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon. Section 2. Anyone violating eny of the terms of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
