Whereas, it his been shown to the City Council of the l
City of Jefferson, M ssouri , that the owners of Lot 35 of Jones II
!I subdivision of the City of Jefferson, as shown in the-original j!
plat in Plat Book jo. 1 A Page 110 in the office of R corder i
;f of Deeds, in Cole ounty, Missouri, have used, improv®d and
j! occupied and are now using and occupying said abutting and adja-
!i cent land so that that portion of West Dunklin Street that

It is hereby declared that the City Council 11

ent to vacate and discontinue as a public thoroughfare all of west ,

( to Virginia Street, as shown on the original plat in Plat Book

( All of theowners of the property and the adjacent
j. lots abutting on and adjacent to said portion of Dunklin Street
i� have oetitioned the City Council to vacate and discontinue said
portion of Dunklin Street a.6 a public thouroughfare of said
City, and said portion of unklin Street is hereby vacated
and forever discontinued as -a public thoroughfare.

of Dunklin Street to the adjacent and abutting property owners

i` Missouri is hereby fully confirmed and approved. j

j; The Mayor and the City Clerk of this City are hereby I�
?; authorized and directed to execute and deliver all proper and I'
j( sufricient writings or instruments, for, on behalf of and in the I'
name of the City, to fully and completely transfer and establish �
;? to the adjacent and abutting property owners their legal rights l�
ii in connection with the above mentioned vacation.
ji Section 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in con- I'
flict whit this ordinance are hereby repealed. l
