AND PROVIDING A PENALTY.

MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWST
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor
vehicle *sighing in excess of eight (8) tons to drive the same over
the bridge located at the south end of the 700 Block of Ohio Street.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordi-
nance shall be deemed guilty of a middemenaor.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE 5933 OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, RELATING TO THE INSTALLATION, REGULATT ON AND C ONTROL
OF THE USE OF PARKING METERS BY AMENDING SECTION.-,:5 -OF SAID
ORDINANCE NUMBER 5933 BY ADDINGSUBPARAGRAPH (g) WHICH WILL CREATE
A PARKING METER ZONE ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF MCCARTY STREET BE- �
TWEEN JEFFERSON STREET AND MADISON STREET.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWSL
Section 1. Section 3 of Ordinance Number 5933 of the City it
of Jefferson, Missouri, is hereby Punended by adding subparagraph
(g) to aaid Section 3 so that Section 3 of Ordinance Number 5933
shall, read as follows;
Section 3. 'he follows named streets or

atreets, within the boundaries designated, lying eiithin the cor-
porate limits of Jefferson City, shall constitute a parking meter
zone
(a) Adams Street - on the east side beginning on the south s de
of Capitol Avenue and extending to the alley which lies
between and parallel with Capitol Avenue and High Street.
(b) High Street - on the north side between Washington and
Adams Street.

feet east of the east curb of Washington Street to Adams

(c) Capitol Avenue - both sides from Madison Street to
Monroe Street.
i (d) Jefferson Street - both sides from McCarty Street to
the alley lying between High Street and Capitol Avenue.
