`! WEST SCHOOL FOR A DISTANCE OF SIXTY FEET ALONG THE WEST CURB
it OF DIX ROAD OF DIX ROAD BEGINNING AT THE SOUTHWEST CORNER
OF WEST MAIN STREET AND DIX ROAD AND EXTENDING ALONG DIX ROAD
FOR SIXTY FEET AND PROHIBITING THE ?ARKING OF MOTOR VEHICLES
WITHIN SAID SCHOOL BUS UNLOADING ZONE Bc:,TWEEN THE HOURS OF
7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. Monday through Friday inclusive, and pro-
viding a penalty for the violation thereof.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
it Section 1. There is ,je7reby established andereated a
!; School Bus Loading and Unloading Zone along the west curb of
i Dix Road beginning at the southwest corner of the intersection I�
i of Dix Road and West Main Street and extending for a distance
!j of sixty (60) feet south along Dix Road.
�! Section 2. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for any other
motor vehicle other than a school bus transportinf school
children to and from the West School to park within the School
II Bus Loading and Unloading Zone establishddl by the preceeding
section between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m. on Monday
through Friday inclusive.
Section 3. Anyone violating any of the provisions of this
M; ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.

IIMISSOURI, ALL THE RIGHT, TITLE AND INTEREST OF SAID CITY IN AND
TO CERTAIN REAL ESTATE HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.

I� petition requesting and praying that the City Council of the

City Water Company a quit-claim deed remising and releasing to the
said Capital City Water Company all the right, title and in-
terest of the City of Jefferson,orissouri , in and to the follow-
