AN ORDINANCE Authorizing and Directing the Mayor of the City Clerklof
the City of Jefferson, -Missouri, to execute for and on behalf of i
the City to execute a quit-Claim deed to Clem Surface and Frankie
Lillian S&rvice, granting, remising and forever quit-claiming and
assigning the Clem Surface and Frankie Lillian Surface all right
title and interest to a tap in the line of the Panhandle Eastern
Pipe Line Company in thefollowing described property, to-wit: A
part, of the east half of the northwest fractional quarter of
Section 4 Township 44 North Range 12 West, and more particularly �
describd as .follows: Beginning at a point on the south line of tai
said fractional quarter and on the easterly line of the said count
` road, said point being distant 970 links west of the southeast
corner of the northwest fractional quarter, thence from said point,)
of beginning north 56 degrees ad 45 minutes west (magnetic) 530
links, thence north 43 degrees and 20 minutes west 144j links, ,
