AN ORDINANCE of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, establishing the
+�llocatmn of the curb lines of .Lansdowne Boulevard, from the south I
curb line ofMoreland Avenue, south 330 feet.
� IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
11! MISSOURI,. AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. That the location of the curb lines on Lansdowne
lBoulevard from the south curb line of Moreland Avenue, south 330
If' feet shall be as follows: Beginning at the south curb line of
oreland Avenue and running thence southerly along the center line
Lansdowne Boulevard, 330 feet the face of the curb on either
;! side of the street shall be 12.0 feet from and parallel to the

AN ORDINANCE of the City of Jefferson, Missouri, establishing the
grade of the roadway of Oberman Place, from the west curb line of
Jackson Street west 210 feet.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
�i Section 1. That the grade of the roadway of Oberman Place,
from the west curb line of Jackson Street west 210 feet be and
T hereby is established as follows: Begnning at the center line
Ij of Oberman Place and the west curb line of Jackson Street, where
the elevation of the grade is, 24$.50; thence 48 feet where the
elevation of the grade shall be, 247.4; thence 52 feet where the
; elevation of the grade shall be, 246.$4; thence 46 feet where the t
elevation of the grade shall be 246.31; thence 50 feet where the
!i elevation of the grade shall be 246.75• thence 14 feet where the
i; elevation of the grade shall be 246.81.
