Ellis Tresi HE oF the MUM Mayor #6082 j AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING CONSTRUCTION OF A SEWER LINE AND ACCESS ROAD TO PROPOSED ARMORY SITE, REPEALING ALL ORDINANCES OR PARTS OF ORDINANCES IN CONFLICT HEREWITH AND DESIGNATING THE TIME WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL TAKE EFFECT: Be it ored by the City Council, City of Jefferson, Missouri, as follows: . Section I. That the City Engineer is hereby authorized to:: construct the necessary sanitary sewer facilities of not less than 6 inch diameter and access road to the proposed Armory, to be located on a site deeded to the State of Missouri for the purpose of construction of an Armory building by Ordinance 5837, dated 21 Juane 1954, whenever a contract for the construction of such building has been let by the State of Missouri. He shall be authorized to do all things necessary to construct said lines and access road including the acquirement of the necessary ease- j ments if any and the purchsing of supplies and materials and for engineering fees which may be necessary. I SectionII. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed. Section III. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage and approval.
