NO. $3 "A", WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
BE ITOR.DAINED- BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
j MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. That the City Council of the- City of Jefferson..
Missouri, hereby declares and ordaines that the boundary
line of Sewer District No. $3 110, be and hereby is established
with location and bondaries as follows: Beginning at the north-
west corner of lot 34 Block 2 City View Terrace on the east line
of Darlene Drive; thence east to the northeast corner of said
I; lot on the easterly line of Block 2 City View Terrace; thence
southerly along and with the easterly line of said Block 2 City
' View Terrace to the southerly line of Darlene Drive on the
!; northerly line of Block 1 City View Terrace ; thence easterly,
r along the southerly line of Darlene Drive to the northeasterly
corner of lot 21 Block 1 City View Terrace; thence southerly to
the southeasterly corner of said lot 21 on the southerlyline of
j Block 1 City View Terrace; thence along and with the southerly
and westerly line of said Bock 1 City View Terrace to the north-
4: westerly corner of lot 9 Block 1 City View Terrace; thence
easterly along the northerly line of said lot 9 and the extension

SECTION -2. All ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with this Ordinance are hereby repealed.
