j� SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri, hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the healthi�
and comfort of the inhabitants of the City and for sanitary purposes
f that there must be constructed as soon as possible in Sewer District
No. 83"A" as established byOrdinance a sanitary sewer and it is
ordered that the same be constructed without unnecessary delay and
connected into the City sewer at the southeast corner of lot 2
Block 2 City View Terrace.
SECTION 2. That said sewer shall begin at the southeast corner

of lot 2 Block 2 City View Terrace; thence on a direct line to a
point, on the south line of lot 32 Block 2 City View Terrace, said
point being 60 feet east of the southwest corner of said lot- thenc
west along the south line of said lot 32, for a distance of 64 feet
thence south parallel to the east line of Darlene Drive, 465.0 feet
thence east parallel to the south line of Darlene Drive, 215.0 feet
�I SECTION 3 . Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects as
provided by Ordinance and shall be constructed of standard glazed II
sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans and 'I
specifications of the City Engineer.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval.

NO. 78"A", WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
iBE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI,, AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson,
Missour; hereby declares and ordains that the boundary line of
Sewer Distrkt No. 7$11A", be and hereby is established with
location and boundaries as follows: All of lots 12 13 and 14
Block 2 Jefferson Heights a subdivision in Section i Township 44
Range 12, shall form the boundary and contain all the area in
Sewer District No. 78"A".
SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with this Ordinance are herebyrepealed.

SECTION 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from +�

grade of the roadway of Darlene Drive, from the south curb line
on Linden Drive to the west curb line on Pamela Drive .
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,

!i SECTION 1. That the grade of the roadway of Darlene Drive, from
� the south curb line on Linden Drive to the west curb line on
Pamela Drive, be and hereby is established as follows:
iBeginnig at the south curb line of Linden Drive and the center;,
line of Darlene Drive, where the elevation of the grade is' '19950; 11
thence 125 feet on a uniform grade where the elevation of the grade!
