SECTION 2. All Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict
with this ordinance are hereby repealed.

AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF SEWERS IN SEWER
�j DISTRICT NO 78"A" WITHIN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI.
IBE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOU Is
AS FOLLOWS:
ji section 1. That the City Council of the City of Jefferson, Missour ,
hereby declares that it deems it necessary for the health and com-
fort of the inhabitants of the City and for sanitary purposes that
i there must be constructed as soon as possible in Sewer District
II No. 78 "A", as established by Ordinance a sanitary sewer and it is
11 ordered that the same be constructed without unnecessary delay and
1j connected into the City sewer on Avenue "A".

I SECTION 2. That said sewer shall begin at the City Sewer on Avenue
"A" ; thence running east along Avenue "A" 150.0 feet.
SECTION 3 . Said sewer shall be constructed in all respects as
�! provided by Ordinance and shall be constructed of standard glazed
sewer pipe, shall be constructed according to the plans and
fl specifications of the City Engineer.
SECTION 4. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage and approval. j
