in the City more than fifteen (15) days prior to said hearing, and 1
(Whereas, the City Council has given all interested parties an
1opportunity to be heard upon the question of whether or not said
land should be rezoned, now therefore :
BE IT ORDAINED? BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY,
OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
ISection 1. Hereafter the following described land shall be
classified as a District "Coe and the zoning map, now in effect as
a part of Ordinance Number 5880 is is hereby amended and modified to
show said land as a District C area. Said land is more particu-
larly described as follows:
Lot 20 of the Hickey Subdivision of the Northwest
Part of Outlot No. 87 as shown on the plat in Plat
Book No. 3 at Page 81. _
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE DECLARING IT UNLAWFUL FOR THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR
VEHICLE TO FAIL TO BRING. THE. SAME TO A FULL AND COMPLETE STOP ON
ADAMS STREET BEFORE ENTERING THE INTERSECTION OF HIGH STREET, AND
PROVIDING A PENALTY THEREFOR.
11BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOUR ,
AS FOLLOWS:

(Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator of a
motor vehicle to fail to bring the same to a full and complete stop
on Adams Street before entering the intersection of High Street.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3 . This ordinance shall be in-force and effect from and
,after its passage and approval.
