BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator of
a motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked on the east side
Iof Hart Street between its intersections with High Street and
I Main Street.

Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance
ji shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
�i Section 3 . This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
!� after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A FUND WITHIN THE CITY TREASURY OF THE
CITY OF JEFFERSION, MISSOURI, TO BE KNOWN AS THE 11STREET RIGHT OF
WAY FUND" AND PROVIDING THAT ALL MONEY OBTAINED BY THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON FROM THE SALE OF REAL ESTATE OWNED BY IT SHALL BE
DEPOSITED WITHIN SAID FUND, AND PROVIDING THAT MONEY FROM SAID
Ij FUND SHALL, BE APPROPRIATED ONLY FOR THE PURPOSE OF PAYING FOR THE
`) ACQUISITION OF RIGHT OF WAY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter and now there is established a fund within
the City Treasurery of the City of Jefferson, Missouri to be
! known and designated as the "Street Right of Way Fund'.
Section 2. All money obtained by the City of Jefferson
Missouri, from the sale of any city owned real estate shall be
deposited in the "Street Right of Way Fund" by the City Treasurer.
{I Section 3 . No appropriations shall be made from the monies in the
"Street Right of Way Fund" except for the purpose of acquiring
and paying for new street right of way.
'y .Section 4. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.

Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator of a
motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked so that any portion
or part of said motor vehicle touches upon, blocks, or in any way
I! obstnicts any part of the sidewalks within this city.
