Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator of a motor vehicle to permit the same to be parked on the east side Iof Hart Street between its intersections with High Street and I Main Street. 1 Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance ji shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor. �i Section 3 . This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and !� after its passage and approval. BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Hereafter and now there is established a fund within the City Treasurery of the City of Jefferson, Missouri to be ! known and designated as the "Street Right of Way Fund'. Section 2. All money obtained by the City of Jefferson Missouri, from the sale of any city owned real estate shall be deposited in the "Street Right of Way Fund" by the City Treasurer. {I Section 3 . No appropriations shall be made from the monies in the "Street Right of Way Fund" except for the purpose of acquiring and paying for new street right of way. 'y .Section 4.
