AN ORDINANCE DECLARING IT UNLAWFUL FOR THE OPERATOR OF A MOTOR
VEHICLE, TO PERMIT THE SAME, OR ANY PORTION OR PART OF SAID MOTOR
VEHICLE, TO BE PARKED ON CITY STREET RIGHT OF WAY BETWEEN THE CURB
LINE OF SAID STREET AND THE NEAREST EDGE OF THE SIDEWALK RUNNING
I PARALLEL TO SAID CURB, AND PROVIDING A PENALTY FOR VIOLATION
THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF JEFFERSON,
.MISSOURI, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Hereafter it shall be unlawful for the operator of a
motor vehicle to permit the same, or any portion or part of said
motor vehicle, to be parked on city street right of way between
the curb line of said street and the nearest edge of the sidewalk
running parallel to said curb.
Section 2. Anyone violating any of the terms of this ordinance
shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
Section 3 . This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and
after its passage and approval.

AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR OF THE CITY OF
JEFFERSON MISSOURI, TO ENTER INTO AND EXECUTE FOR THE CITY A
CONTRACT kTWEEN THE CITY OF JEFFERSON, MISSOURI, AND FRED WICKHAM �
PERTAINING TO THE MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING OF ALL OF THE RADIO
APPARATUS AND EQUIPMENT OWNED AND OPERATED BY THE POLICE DEPART-
MENT AND FIRE DEPARTMENT OF JERFERSON CITY IN CONSIDERATION FOR
THE PAYMENT OF $75.00 PER MONTH TO FRED WICKHAM BY THE CITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE- CITY OF JEFFERSON,
MISSOURI,, AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Jefferson is hereby authorize
and directed to execute for and on behalf of the City of Jefferson,
Missouri the following contract, pertaining to the maintenance
and servicing of radio apparatus and equipment owned and operated
by the Police and Fire Departments of this City:
